No. As long as gates are unlocked and we can reach an outdoor spigot, we can do the work and send photos to you and your seller.
Is it safe for the landscaping?
We protect plants before we start and rinse them when we finish. Point out anything you or your seller are concerned about and we will give it extra care.
What if you find a problem with the roof?
We will tell you and your seller what we found and show you photos. Knowing before the listing goes live gives you time to decide how to handle it.
